Indian Student Association is here to create awareness about Indian culture and its values in it's culturally rich and diverse institute; by celebrating Indian festivals and organizing cultural events. We also see it as a platform to promote inter-professional relationship between students of Indian origin in all schools of UCSF. All students from all UCSF schools are welcome to join and enjoy this colorful journey with music, dance and food.

The purpose of the Iranian Cultural Organization is to raise awareness about the values of the Iranian culture in the UCSF community through various cultural events. Moreover, the Iranian Cultural Organization will aim to connect the Iranian students at the various health profession campuses at UCSF to each other in order to promote inter-professional relationships in the Iranian community.

Japanese San Francisco Bay Area Seminar hosts life science/medical science seminars and provides various events for students, postdoctoral fellows, staff and faculties. We exchange scientific knowledge/information to support our research activities as well as carrier development. Since most of members come from Japan, we also support their life in the State.

An open, pluralistic, group aiming to bring together the Jewish community at UCSF, and those who are interested in Jewish heritage, traditions, and culture. All are welcome as we hope to be truly inclusive and fulfill the religious and cultural needs of all Jewish students, employees, post-docs, and researchers.

To inform, educate and share Korean culture with the wider UCSF School body, foster interdisciplinary communication, and serve the community through health fairs and cultural events.

We organize a seminar every month so UCSF Korean scientists can present their work and share their academic interests regularly We also host a conference once a year inviting Korean bio-medical scientists from UC Berkeley, UC Davis and Stanford for broad academic and social communication.

The Latino Association of Pharmacy Students (LAPS) is a culturally diverse group of students devoted to providing health care services, education and outreach to under-served communities. Our main focus is to serve the Latinos in our community and to provide valuable health education and services, especially in the pharmacy setting. LAPS also strives to teach students about the Spanish language and the Latino culture, so that we may interact more effectively with the populations we serve.

The Latino Medical Student Association mission is to recruit and support individuals in the healthcare professions who will strive to improve the access and delivery of healthcare to Latinos and medically undeserved populations. The LMSA chapter at UCSF seeks to promote this mission as well as to provide a network of support to its member medical students.

The LGBTSA's goal is to promote advocacy for LGBT-related issues at UCSF, to foster community and provide networking for LGBT students, and to educate UCSF about the healthcare needs of LGBT patients.

The purpose of this organization is to provide a framework for nurses and nursing students, as a group, to meet, to discuss, and influence factors which affect men as nurses. The primary mission of the group is to enable men in the nursing profession to have professional exchange, develop social networks, and to develop innovations in nursing.
