Faculty Staff Learners

Since its strategic plan in 2007, UCSF has outlined the need to continue to improve the diversity of faculty, staff, students and trainees. Below are some of the current initiatives targeting the various groups that comprise the UCSF community.


1) Conduct a faculty salary equity study at UCSF. See the January 2015 report

2) Further clarify acceleration criteria for faculty. See the criteria

3) Continue School of Medicine Chairs and Directors Council on Diversity (CD2) program to increase the culture of diversity and inclusion in faculty. Learn about the council
