Advancing Excellence in Staff Recruitment Program:
To ensure excellence, equity and diversity in all aspects of staff recruitment and the hiring process, Staff Equity Advisors provide stewardship of recruitment at the Manager 2 level and above. The advisors work with hiring managers, train search committees and monitor search processes and outcomes in alignment with the Advancing Excellence in Staff Recruitment Program and Pillar 4 of UCSF's Anti-Racism Initiative — Diversity in Leadership.
Via the Advancing Excellence in Staff Recruitment Program, UCSF hired three new leaders: Garima Srivastava, Antonio “Tony” Fonseca and Cecilia Chang. All three bring insight, excellence and increased diversity to our community. Please help us in welcoming them to UCSF.
